TNT/SAB Express' operation in Saudi Arabia is centralizing its customer call center to its Jeddah headquarters, a senior executive has announced.
"We're really bolstering customer service in every way possible here in the Kingdom," says TNT/SAB Express General Manager for Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, Mark Pell.
There will soon be one toll free number for TNT/SAB Express customer service in Saudi Arabia. The operation will be at the integrator's refurbished Jeddah facility.
TNT has a global delivery network linking 20,000 road vehicles and 43 aircraft transporting 700,000 time-sensitive packages every night between nearly 900 TNT depots and sorting hubs, including the operation in Saudi Arabia. — (menareport.com)
