HE Obaid Humaid Al Tayer receives the US ambassador in the UAE

During the visit

HE Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, received Barbara A. Leaf, US ambassador to the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday. This visit falls in line with the Ministry’s continual commitment to further strengthen partnerships and joint efforts with different local and international bodies.

The meeting, attended by HE Younis Haji Al Khouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and HE Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Assistant Undersecretary of International Financial Relations at the Ministry was held to promote relations between both countries and to look into initiatives that are beneficial to the UAE and the US. The US ambassador is organising of meetings with their highnesses and excellencies, members of the UAE cabinet.
