Samsung Electronics Levant held a two day workshop for University of Jordan engineers at the Samsung Academy located in the King Abdulla II school for Information technology.

The workshop covered various technical subjects including; Electronics Basics, Telecom Technology, Networking basics, in addition to introducing the Samsung SSSP (Samsung Smart Signage Platform) and an Introduction to Samsung TV panel, mobile maintenance and troubleshooting.

During the workshop, Samsung Electronics Levant also held a training for its SFMT employees and promotors covering subjects about sales and customer service excellence, with the aim in providing its staff with the latest skill set to serving the Jordanian market.

The Samsung Academy is an academic training facility established by Samsung Electronics Levant at King Abdullah II School for Information Technology with 400 square meters space, and has three main sections: the R & D department, Service Center; that offers participants maintenance workshops for mobiles and audio visual devices, in addition to the Samsung lounge; an area dedicated for students to study and have a break between lectures.
