Tamkeen continues its support of the kingdom’s training and education service providers

Training and Education institutes in Bahrain will continue to receive a boost with the forthcoming launch of the second phase of Tamkeen’s Training and Education Performance Support programme. The programme, delivers sector-specific support services to enhance the performance of enterprises.
The programme enables educational and training institutions in Bahrain to implement international best practices and enhance the technical and management skills of Bahraini employees engaged in various occupations in this sector. At the same time, the programme enables these institutions to elevate the level they provide to up-skill the Bahraini workforce and make Bahrainis the first choice for employment.
The specialised training offered through the programme will be delivered through five world-renowned partners selected by Tamkeen, and they are TRIBAL, International Development Ireland Ltd. (IDI), Skill Factor Consultants (SFC), Partners Conference & Event Management Pte Ltd, and ABDI Ltd.

He also added: “Investing in the enhancement of education and training institutes is a vital and pressing need in this regard, as these organisations play a major role in transforming an individual into a skilled professional who can thrive in any sphere or field.”
