Sundance Channel and OSN present the exclusive premiere of the award-winning documentary The Wolfpack

OSN and Sundance Channel hosted a masterclass for The Wolfpack at The Scene Club in Dubai by thefilm’s producer Izabella Tzenkova, in the lead up to the exclusive premiere of the internationally acclaimed, award-winning documentary on January 22, 2016.
The Wolfpack, exclusively premiering on OSN’s Sundance Channel,is a fascinating documentary that tells the remarkable story of the Angulo brothers, six young men who have been raised in almost complete isolation. Revealing and enthralling, but without resorting to sensationalism, the film follows the family as they finally begin to engage with the outside world.
The six Angulo brothers have spent their entire lives locked away from society in an apartment on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Nicknamed "The Wolfpack", the young men, ranging from 16 to 23 years in age, are all exceedingly bright but have no friends or acquaintances outside their own family. They have been homeschooled by their doting and protective mother and have practically never left their home. All they know of the outside world is gleaned from the films they watch obsessively and recreate meticulously, using elaborate homemade props and costumes.
The Wolfpack has won a number of awards including the Grand Jury Prize – Documentary at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, Best Documentary Feature Film at the 2015 Edinburgh International Film Festival, the Adrienne Shelley Excellence in Filmmaking Award at the 2015 Nantucket Film Festival and the Grand Prix - Films on Art International Competition - Special Mention at the 2015 New Horizons International Film Festival, Poland.
The film has been enthusiastically received by critics and reviewers around the world. The UK’s Empire magazine called it, “quietly moving”, The New York Daily News said, “the story is so astounding, you can't look away” and Time magazine asserted that “everything about The Wolfpack is extraordinary”.
The Wolfpack is directed by Crystal Moselle, produced by Izabella Tzenkova, Crystal Moselle, Hunter Gray and Alex Orlovsky and edited by Enat Sidi. Executive producers are Tyler Brodie, Louise Ingalls Sturges, Cameron Brodie and David Cross.
