Sony unveils first full HD outdoor heat-resistant dome camera to the Middle East at INTERSEC
Sony Professional Solutions MEA, leading provider of broadcast and professional audio visual products, today announced its participation in INTERSEC from January 15-17. At INTERSEC, Sony will unveil the first full HD outdoor unitized rapid dome camera, its new mini dome camera series and the latest line up of IP surveillance cameras.

SNC-ER585H - Outdoor Unitized Rapid Dome Full HD Camera
The SNC-ER585H, offers an ideal security solution for the Middle East climate. This outdoor unitized rapid dome camera is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from negative 5 degrees Celsius up to 65 degrees Celsius. It is the first security camera to enter the Middle East market offering 30x optical zoom and full HD resolution ranging from 1920 x 1080.
The SNC-ER585H will be available from end of January 2013.
G6 IP Cameras
Sony’s generation 6 cameras have been enhanced to meet the advancing surveillance needs of different vertical market end users, integrators and consultants. Upgraded features include an increase in sensitivity levels for low light conditions to provide for clearer images. Building on the capabilities of the G5 generation of IP cameras, which detected objects in motion, the new G6 range can detect objects that have been left behind in places to identify potential security threats. The frame rate has also doubled from the last generation cameras to 60 fps to capture fast moving objects.
