Samsung’s separate Toner System Printer offers cost savings and high performance printing

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies today unveiled its first mono printer with separated toner system, designed to offer fast, economical and high performance printing. The SL-M2675F is ideal for small businesses and boasts a separate Imaging Unit and Toner Cartridge, enabling users to replace one component without the other, to reduce waste and subsequent cost.

Efficient and more productive, this compact model offers high performance printing, thanks to intuitive features such as Easy Print Manager and One Touch Operation; it is ideal for the fast paced work environment.

The SL-M2675F series is 20% more cost effective with Samsung Easy Eco Driver, a feature that allows you to test various printer settings including percentage of CO², electricity and paper used, to find out what works best for you.

The One Touch Eco Button automatically adjusts the printer setting to deliver the most environmentally friendly printing, ensuring waste is minimal. This can save up to 75% on paper usage, 50% on energy and 89% on carbon emissions. The One Touch Eco button also allows for N-up, avoiding blank pages. Toner Save mode also reduces cost by reducing the size of the dots on the page whilst maintaining the same resolution, saving up to 30% of toner.

Toner cartridges are separate to the Imaging Unit and feature enhanced capacity for achieving optimal Cost Per Page. The High-yield separated toner system reduces Total Cost of Ownership by decreasing the amount of materials needed to operate the printer and is straightforward to install.

Professional Performance

Powered by an advanced 600MHz CPU and 128MB of memory, the SL-M2675F can print complex documents at up to 26 pages per minute. The Cortex-A5 Core supports speeds up to 25.6 percent higher than the previous model, yielding one of the highest speeds among comparable printers.

This model delivers sharp, clean prints for business documents with 4800 x 600 dpi effective resolution. Quality-boosting features ensure even the tiniest detail is crystal clear with polished edges on both images and text.

Small yet robust, the SL-M2675F can also handle heavy media by using a variety of paper types. Taking various paper thicknesses, it prints on paper, labels, cards, envelopes and overhead projector transparencies with ease.

Easy Print Manager is the essential tool for any business operation, combining print management into one easy to use system so users can view device information such as IP address and toner levels, and set up scanning and faxing through one simple interface.
