Oryx Rotana, the five star luxury business hotel in Doha, has added new special theme nights to the ‘Choices’ menu.The theme nights has been conceived to provide a unique experience for guests and visitors throughout the week by enjoying the most delicious cooking prepared by the most talented chefs from 7 pm to 11:30 pm.

Choices’ famous buffet will offer international night every Saturday and Monday, which includes a wide variety of international dishes and appetizers in addition to the numerous live cooking stations.

To add a unique and distinctive splendour, Oryx Rotana has added the Filipino theme night which is considered to have one of the best kitchens in East Asia. The Filipino theme promises to meet all guests' expectations starting from the main traditional dishes to very well-known Filipino Jello and special famous delicacies.

Butcher’s Night on Tuesday is another occasion for the carnivores to indulge themselves with all kind of flavours prepared in diverse ways and meet the expectations of beef lovers.

Wednesday nights, Choices will take its guests to the Japanese capital “Tokyo” where the night will be dedicated for Sushi and Maki and other Japanese treats from the famous Japanese cuisine.

Every Thursday night, seafood lovers will be able to savour the depths of the sea and ocean through the dishes prepared in the best possible way which has characterised “Choices” over the past years and distinguished it from all the other restaurants in town.

And for the lovers of rich and strong flavors, Choices presents the Indian night every Friday which will include the diverse Indian platters which became international, known globally and famous from east to west.
