Ooredoo Kuwait wins Creativity Award by the Arab Media Forum

Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of international Ooredoo Group, has recently received the ‘Creativity Award’ for its Ramadan 2015 TVC, by the Arab Media Forum. The ceremony was conducted under the patronage of Sheikh Salman Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs; award was presented by the Information Ministry Undersecretary Tareq Al Mizrim.

The award sheds light on Ooredoo’s great efforts to engage with the local community, in creative and innovative ways and in areas and matters of their interest and its commitment toward preserving Kuwait’s heritage and local traditions, elements which were highly reflected in its Ramadan 2015 TVC. The Ramadan TVC celebrates Ramadan’s modern culture, highlighting the merge between past and present in a unique twist that focuses on the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s television series and cultural scene in Kuwait.

The Arab Media Forum awards ceremony is considered as one of the renowned events that take place in the region, which brings together representatives from the different industries in one place to celebrate their tremendous revolutionary efforts in innovation and creativity.
