In recognition of its dedication and hard work to upgrade the worlds of customers and communities across Oman, Ooredoo has won two prestigious accolades at the Telecom Review Awards. Ooredoo won the award for Best CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Initiative – Middle East, plus the award for Best Digital Customer Experience – Middle East. The awards ceremony was part of the 17th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit in the United Arab Emirates.

The Best Digital Customer Experience – Middle East award recognises that the telco offers a seamless client-tailored and omni-channel digital customer experience coupled with simplified, intuitive, and personalised interactions.

Saoud Al-Riyami, Acting Chief Business and Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo Oman, received the two accolades on behalf of the company at the Telecom Review Leaders' Summit. The event is organised by the Telecom Review Group, a leading global ICT media platform. This year's 17th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders' Summit was held under the theme "Global, Regional, Digital" and is one of the industry's most anticipated and largest ICT events. It brings together decision-makers, experts, and other industry stakeholders.
