Ooredoo announced phase two of 'Walk the Talk' initiative under the auspices of the CEO and General Manager

Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of the international Ooredoo Group, has recently announced proceeding with phase two of ‘Walk the talk’ initiative, launched last year under the auspices of CEO and General Manager of Ooredoo Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani, which aims to enrich customers’ experience and providing them with higher quality of service.
As part of this project, Ooredoo’s Retail Sales management team has conducted a visit to Ooredoo Customer Care Division, at the company’s headquarter, to listen to customers’ calls and experience agents’ day to day operations and provide the team with recommendations on how to better address challenges and concerns and hence; improve overall performance. This initiative comes in line with the company’s customer centric strategy.
Commenting on the initiative, Mijbil Alayoub, Director of Corporate Communications at Ooredoo said: “‘Walk the talk’ initiative comes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. The previous visit was conducted by Ooredoo’s executive managers to Customer Case Division and had a positive impact on enhancing both customers’ and employees’ experience. We look forward to the outcome of this phase and we are confident that it will have a positive impact on our approach moving forward”.
This initiative aims to support the customer care team and to develop the operating systems and methods, which in turn will raise the standards of Ooredoo’s services.
