du’s retail store in Al Salam Tower, Dubai Media City, has surprised and delighted busy parents with the introduction of a set of entertainment activities specifically designed to provide a safe environment where young children can colour, play and stay entertained, while servicing their parents’ needs. Parents are now free to deal with their account, pay bills or enquire about du services safely and smoothly in the knowledge that their little ones will also have something to do, out of the heat in a comfortable air conditioned environment.

“We want to give all of our customers a stress-freeexperience where they come to our stores. Over the summer holidays, running errands and daily activities with your children can be a stressful experience for parents so we wanted to create a safe and enjoyable space, which lets parentsfulfill their ownrequirements whilst their children’s requirements for entertainment are met. This is just one of the ways we look to add life to life for our customers and create a seamless experience across ourvarious customer service touchpoints,” saidAhmad Al Khaja, Vice President Consumer Direct Channels, du.
