Accessible through the bank’s specially developed ‘Lite’ mobile banking app, customers can benefit from zero transfer fee on the first transaction and thereafter, it costs just OMR 1.5 per transaction. With a choice of eight languages, including Bengali, and a user-friendly interface, it’s the ideal way to send money to loved ones back home in a safe, affordable, and convenient manner. 

Designed to accommodate various levels of literacy, NBO’s Lite mobile app allows customers to make remittances in eight languages, including six regional Indian languages, as well as Arabic and English. Easy to register and operate, customers can make remittances in just three clicks and the funds will be credited to the beneficiary’s account. The bank also has a dedicated remittance helpdesk to resolve any queries and issues, part of its efforts to make its customers’ lives better and more convenient.
