NBB and INJAZ Bahrain Collaborate to Facilitate Job Shadow Programme for Sumw Organisation Students

NBB recently collaborated with INJAZ Bahrain to host a job shadow programme for students from Sumw Organisation, an institution that supports individuals with special needs. The initiative aimed to provide differently-abled students with valuable exposure to the banking industry and equip them with the skills necessary for future employment. 
During the visit, the students were given a comprehensive tour of NBB’s main branch to provide valuable insights into the Bank’s daily operations and the responsibilities of various roles. Their active participation and enthusiasm highlighted the initiative’s success in fostering inclusivity and creating meaningful learning experiences for diverse segments of the community.
