National Bank of Fujairah bolsters commitment to Emiratisation at Careers UAE 2015

National Bank of Fujairah continues to make its presence felt through national recruitment platforms such as this week’s Careers UAE 2015 in Dubai, reiterating its commitment towards supporting the career aspirations of the nation’s youth and cultivating talent for leadership roles within the bank.

The bank supported the “Tawdheef 2015” in Abu Dhabi earlier this year and is also scheduled to participate in a career fair hosted by its home emirate of Fujairah in May.

Earlier this week, NBF was highlighted in a research study released by global management consultancy Hay Group looking at employee engagement in the banking industry across the Gulf. It revealed that NBF ranked amongst the top banks in the region in terms of staff satisfaction. This was achieved by engaging and enabling the bank’s employees through a combination of wellness, social and talent development initiatives.
