Millennium Resort Mussanah attracts interest of tourism industry at leading international travel show

The Millennium Resort Mussanah delegation has returned from its highly successful participation in the Internationale Tourismus-Bourse (ITB), the world’s leading travel trade show. Held in Berlin earlier this month, this global business tourism platform provided a significant opportunity for the Resort to showcase its unique appeal and promote its newly added facilities and activities in addition to different promotions and packages to key influencers and leaders in the tourism industry along with international travel agencies, booking portals, tourism related organizations, media and publications.
Operating from the Oman Ministry of Tourism Pavilion at the event, the Millennium Resort Mussanah took the opportunity to reinforce longstanding relationships with clients from France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Benelux Countries, introducing them to the Resort’s exciting new facilities and extended range of irresistible activities. In addition, the Resort targeted new partnerships, conducting a busy schedule of pre-arranged appointments and meetings with leading travel and holiday specialists from the important and fast growing markets of Eastern Europe.
Commenting on the intense interest received by the Millennium Resort Mussanah at ITB 2017, the Resort’s Director of Sales and Marketing Mustafa Al Jundi said: “Our time at this major travel and hospitality industry event was extremely well spent. Visitors to our stand and participants in our meetings were drawn to Oman’s reputation for peace and tranquility and by its astounding natural beauty, noting that the Millennium Resort Mussanah’s location made it both ideal for a relaxed beach getaway and the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding mountains, desert, coastline, history and culture. Indeed, the Resort’s wide-ranging appeal, outstanding facilities, reputation as an elite sports hub, and specially tailored promotions proved to be popular with organizers of luxury breaks, business events, and sports training trips. As a result, in the coming year we not only look forward to welcoming back old friends from around the world but also introducing new guests to the many delights of the Millennium Resort Mussanah.”
