Mashreq Al Mustaqbal program graduates new group of UAE nationals

In line with its commitment to continue supporting Emiratisation, UAE’s leading financial institutions announced the graduation of the latest batch of UAE Nationals from Mashreq Al Mustaqbal Management Training Program. 

The bank’s one year Management Trainee Program is designed to offer necessary training to UAE Nationals and fast track their growth to take up Mid Managerial Positions. It is comprised of induction tools, product knowledge, system training, customer service and other soft skills. 

The graduates have been appointed in the Bank’s various departments to implement their learning. Trainings and mentoring were provided to ensure that they are well-prepared and equipped to manage these roles. 

H.E. AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq met with the new group of graduates and discussed with them the experience they have gained during the training. His Excellency mentioned about the significance of learning and implementing theory into practical to gain the maximum benefit at workplace. 

To further offer learning opportunities, Mashreq is providing a range of educational sponsorships for UAE Nationals within the organization, such as XLRI, which is set to offer an Executive General Management Certificate Program. This modular mini MBA program is customized for Mashreq and is aimed at preparing a robust middle management and supervisory Leadership to serve the organizations future needs. A mix of key business topics involving contemporary business management knowledge and content, case studies and pre and post assessments will be offered by eminent XLRI faculty. The intensive learning course will stretch to 8 month whereby tutorials and off-line support has also been built in the design. 

Mashreq maintains one of the highest Emiratiation rates across the Banking industry with 41% with 100% Emirati Branch Managers. The Bank introduced various programs and developed them to attract and retain UAE Nationals in the bank.
