Mashreq launches SME Contact Centre

Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions announced the launching of a dedicated SME Contact Centre. The centre will be the single point of contact for all Small & Medium Enterprises customer service queries.
The centre will facilitate service queries such as account maintenance, updating trade license, cheque book issuance, inward and outward remittances etc. The center has highly trained staff who will also advise the client on trade related services including LC / LG issuance, factoring and cash management products.
