Mashreq launches innovative Easy Cheque solution to pay anyone, anywhere

Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions, announced yet another innovative first to provide unprecedented benefits to its credit card customers. With the newly launched Easy Cheque solution, Mashreq credit card members can pay anyone, anywhere, in any currency using their Mashreq cards account, even at places where credit cards are not accepted.

With the launch of Easy Cheque, Mashreq credit card customers can get a cheque straight out of their credit card account to make payments related to rental, property, education, investment or any other area where credit cards are not accepted. The customers just have to call the bank and it will arrange for a cheque, charged to their credit card account, to be delivered to their doorstep. They can pay the amount in equal installments over a period of time.

To get a cheque, all Mashreq credit card customers need to do is to contact the bank and advise the name of the entity the cheque needs to be made out to. Mashreq then delivers a cheque to the cardholder’s doorstep and charges it to the credit card account.
