Mahmoudia Motors launches Jaguar’s first-ever luxury performance SUV in Jordan

The All-New Jaguar F-PACE, Jaguar’s first-ever sports utility vehicle (SUV), has been launched in Jordan, marking the arrival of a pioneering and innovative addition to Jaguar’s incredible luxury vehicle line-up. The Jaguar F-PACE was launched on 20 April, 2016, at a media roundtable hosted by Mahmoudia Motors - the sole and official dealer of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Jordan - during which media and social media representatives gathered at Shams al Balad Café for a first look at the ground-breaking vehicle.

The Jaguar F-PACE is a performance SUV visually inspired by and with the same DNA as the Jaguar F-TYPE. Complementing its aerodynamic exterior, the F-PACE’s advanced all-wheel drive (AWD) system and remarkable range of safety features transform every journey into an outstanding experience. The Jaguar F-PACE comes in various derivatives, with the F-PACE Prestige and Portfolio both powered by a 3.0-litre V6 AWD supercharged engine, boasting 340PS and a maximum torque of 450 Newton-metres, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometres in 5.4 seconds. Meanwhile, the F-PACE S, which also contains a 3.0-litre V6 AWD supercharged engine, boasts 380PS and a maximum torque of 450 Newton-meters, accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometres in 5.1 seconds.

During the roundtable, media representatives enjoyed a glimpse of the features that set the F-PACE apart, including its heated power-fold door mirrors, auto-dimming rear view mirror, heated seats, sliding panoramic roof, hands-free boot lid opening and much more. For maximum practicality and convenience, the F-PACE includes a front and rear parking aid utilizing external cameras, as well as a keyless start engine, two-zone climate control and tyre-pressure monitoring system. Its luxurious and spacious interior is distinguished with leather trim and a large windscreen for enhanced visibility.
