Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced the official working hours for the holy month of Ramadan, revealing that employees at its main branch will be available from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced the official working hours for the holy month of Ramadan, revealing that employees at its main branch will be available from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. As for the remaining branches across Kuwait, the Bank will open its doors to cater to customers from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. It will resume its normal working hours on the first working day after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. 

Moreover, KIB will continue to offer its banking services electronically around the clock, allowing the Bank's customers to conduct their business and complete their financial transactions with the utmost efficiency. The diverse services include the KIB mobile app, which enables customers to conduct most basic transactions, and the KIB Direct service, which can be accessed using a mobile phone without the use of internet, as well as the live chat service and the KIB online portal on its website (www.KIB.com.kw).

KIB will also continue to cater to customers and respond to their needs and inquiries – whether they are in Kuwait and abroad – via its call center at 1866866, as well as through its local and international video call service.
