Jafza to build a state-of-the art office complex for C&J Energy Services

Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), the flagship Free Zone entity of Dubai and trade and logistics hub for the wider Middle East region, is building a high-tech multi-story sustainable facility for C&J Energy Services, a leading American energy service company, in the Free Zone.

Jafza has commenced work on the new C&J facility in Jafza South. The ground breaking ceremony was initiated jointly by Talal Al Hashimi, Chief Operations Officer of Jafza and Jeremy Alston, Vice President MENA, C&J Energy Services in the presence of Angus Fraser, Finance Director, C&J Energy Services, as well as senior Jafza officials.

Talal Al Hashimi, speaking on the occasion, said “C&J Energy Services is one of the largest well construction, well completions and well services companies in North America. This facility lays the foundation for C&J to become a leading player in the Middle East region. We are confident that their new facility in Jafza will help them in establishing an impressive presence in the region at the fastest pace. The project is part of Jafza’s Customised Development Solution offering, which addresses customers’ industry specific needs and their business model related requirements.

The upcoming 50,000 square metre C&J facility in Jafza will include a 10,000 square metre sustainable multi-story complex which will serve as C&J Energy Services’ regional headquarters and will also house a state-of-the-art MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operation) setup. The new LEED compliant facility will be delivered to C&J in the first quarter of 2016.
