Excitement Builds As Countdown to NBO’s Largest Hackathon Begins

A record-breaking number of participants will be gathering to come up with the next big digital solution at the National Bank of Oman’s (NBO) biggest Hackathon yet.
At 2pm on November 23rd, almost 600 designers and developers will join the 24-hour lockdown, working to find forward-thinking solutions using software, apps, and other innovative technology.
Following three specially-developed themes; Industry Collaborations, Livable Cities, and Easy Banking, participants will compete for the chance to win big cash prizes, as well as internships and potential employment opportunities. A champion for innovation and young people, NBO aims to empower the nation’s youth, help them unlock their potential and inspire real change.
