Emirates Islamic Bank offers opportunity to win up to AED180,000 against new salary transfer account

Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB), one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the region, announced today the launch of the “Salary Transfer Campaign,” which offers customers the opportunity to win up to 12 times their monthly salary over the course of one year, upon opening a new salary transfer account with the bank.
The newcampaign, which is aimed at encouraging salaried individuals to open current accounts with the bank, is set to begin on February 19th and will continue till the end of April.
Opening a new salary transfer account during the promotion period, will automatically enter the account holder into a raffle draw, for a grand prize of 12 times the monthly salary or a maximum amount of AED 180,000, to be paid in 12 monthly installments. In addition, the bank is also offering 20 lucky winners the chance to walk away with a 25gm gold coin each.

In order to avail the new salary transfer account offer, customers need to be between 21 to 65 years of age, earn a minimum salary of AED 3,000 per month.
With a salary transfer account at EIB, customers will be eligible to avail a range of benefits including better profit rates on EIB’s Personal Finance products, free online banking facility on current accounts and free current account, debit card and cheque book.
“Emirates Islamic Bank has devised this campaign to encourage more and customers to set up salary transfer accounts with us, to benefit from a range of our personal finance options,” said Faisal Aqil, General Manager – Retail Banking, EIB. “We have deliberately tried to keep the salary threshold at AED 3,000 to enable a larger banking population to take advantage of this offer.”
The salary transfer campaign will enable EIB to increase its salary transfer base while at the same time exploring cross selling opportunities across the existing customer base.
