Participants to Danat Al Ain resort fun run

Danat Al Ain Resort, an idyllic retreat in the Garden City of Al Ain, recently organised a 5-kilometer Fun Run aimed at promoting fitness and healthy living.

In collaboration with Universal Hospital, more than 150 joined the run composed of adults and children who arrived as early as 7:30am last November 10 to participate in the annual activity. The run started from the hotel’s garden leading to Al Sarooj road and back to the hotel.

The resort’s management led by General Manager Ahmed Margoushy and many hotel employees participated in the race. “We are pleased with the good turnout of participants this year. We also offer our sincere gratitude to our partners and sponsors who supported the annual fun run. We share the same goal of promoting healthy living by encouraging people to engage in healthy lifestyle and that includes the activities such as running and walking. I want to congratulate the winners and we look forward to another successful event next year,” said Margoushy.

In addition to the Fun Run, guests heard some tips on nutrition, proper work-outs and other physical activities were organized as part of the event

Winners of the race were also announced for the Best Runners of Male, Female, Boy, Girl, Youngest and Most Mature categories.
