Careem and The Giving Movement launch exclusive collab in support of Lebanon

Two of the UAE's most recognisable homegrown brands have come together for a cause close to the region's heart. Careem and The Giving Movement have launched an exclusive collaboration as part of Seeds For Lebanon, Careem's initiative turning everyday actions into urgent humanitarian relief.

The collaboration centres on a limited-edition t-shirt featuring Lebanon's iconic cedar tree. Designed and produced entirely in the UAE from sustainable fabrics, it is available exclusively on Careem. Every dirham of profit goes directly to the World Food Programme (WFP) to fund relief on the ground in Lebanon.

The choice of the cedar is deliberate. A symbol of Lebanon, the tree is rooted in the country's history of resilience: no matter the conditions, it holds. That spirit is what this collaboration is built on.

Seeds For Lebanon is part of a wider commitment by Careem to use its platform for social impact. It follows the Seeds For Gaza campaign, which demonstrated how everyday app activity can be channeled into life-saving relief. In 2025, Careem facilitated over USD 700,000 in donations across the region, supporting emergency relief, education, and community initiatives.
