Burgan Bank Sponsors and Participates in Al Ahmadi Governorate’s Blood Donation Campaign

Burgan Bank announced its sponsorship and participation in the third Al Ahmadi Governorate Blood Donation Campaign, that will be held at Al Kout Mall on the 24th of June 2022, under the auspice of His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Al Ahmadi Governor. This year’s campaign is organized under the slogan “A Drop of Your Blood…A Life for Others” and aims at highlighting the importance of donating blood throughout the year to help supply the blood bank’s stock with all blood types. 

On this occasion, Burgan Bank invites all able and healthy individuals to take lead with a selfless, generous act of social responsibility and donate blood, not only through this campaign, but as often as recommended by the Ministry of Health and Kuwait Central Blood Bank. 

Commenting on Burgan’s sponsorship of this event, Ms. Hessa Hussain Al-Najadah, Public Relations Manager at Burgan Bank, said “Burgan Bank continues to deliver on its committed involvement in improving the community’s health and wellbeing by sponsoring this campaign for the third year in a row. Our blood donation initiative highlights the role we play as a driver of positive change, and an active partner in raising public awareness on major issues that affect society’s welfare.”

Burgan’s involvement in Al Ahmadi’s campaign reaffirms its commitment to reinforcing the culture of donating blood in Kuwait.
