Burgan Bank provides printed Cancer awareness brochures to the Kuwait Cancer Control Center

Burgan Bank announced that it has recently printed and organized 40 different comprehensive cancer awareness brochures for the Kuwait Cancer Control Center (KCCC), as part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility strategy. Mr. Fahad Al Reshaid, Burgan Bank’s Unit Head- Marketing Communications paid a visit to the KCCC to view the brochure displays. The displays have been set up in KCC buildings, including Hussain Makki Juma Center for Specialized Surgery, Sheikha Badriya Al Sabah Medical Oncology Building, Faisal Sultan Ibn Issa Diagnostic Imaging Center, and Yacoub Behbehani Laboratory Building & Bone Marrow Transplantation Center. Mr. Al Reshaid was accompanied by Dr. Ahmad Al Awadhi, KCCC Director, and Ms. Viva Nsair from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada”.
Through this initiative, Burgan Bank financed and produced KCCC’s cancer awareness brochures, which are offered to the patients and visitors to help them know more about their disease as well as other cancers. The brochures provide descriptive and educational information that contain treatment phases and therapies for the different types of cancers, diets to follow, doctor’s appointment reviews, details about the center and its operations and other matters.
