Bank Nizwa Continues to Empower Next Generation of Islamic Finance Bankers

Bank Nizwa is preparing the next consignment of Islamic finance professionals to take the helm. The bank has been the employer of choice for fresh graduates and veteran experts alike. Despite the industry still being in its infancy, Bank Nizwa has achieved a 90 per cent Omanization rate. In line with its strategy to empower local talent, the bank recently participated at the College of Banking and Financial Studies' Annual Career and Opportunities Fair.

Since inception six years ago, the bank continuously conducts interactive training sessions for employees covering all day-to-day processes. Key topics of focus included cyber-security and Islamic banking best practices.
