Bank Al Jazira awarded Best Bank in Retail Banking in the KSA

World Finance magazine, a leading publication in finance and business sector issued by the World News Media in London, granted Bank Al Jazira the Best Bank award in Retail Banking in the KSA for 2014, during a ceremony held in the London Stock Exchange. The award was received by Mr. Khalid Al Othman, SVP and Head of Retail Banking Group at Bank AlJazira, on behalf of Mr. Nabil Al Hoshan, MD & Group CEO.

Commenting on the award, Mr. Al Othman said: “This award comes as a recognition of the excellence and success in retail banking witnessed by our Bank, in a competitive industry. Our success story saw many achievements in various sectors, with the aim to present a full and comprehensive package for retail banking products”.

He added: “Bank Al Jazira was a market leader in the introduction of the Investment Real Estate Financing program, which now holds a significant market share. The Personal Finance program is also well-accepted by the Bank’s customers and cemented their trust in our programs and offers; in addition to our vast collections of credit cards, many of which were new and original in their concepts and benefits. The Bank focuses on the expansion of communication channels with its customers, by opening new branches, and introducing new ATMs in new locations, or through the award-winning e-channels such as Al Jazira Smart, Al Jazira Online and Al Jazira Phone. The Bank also launched “Fawri” remittance services, which was met by positive feedbacks from targeted customers”.
