Arabian Automobiles celebrates two prestigious awards from Nissan

Arabian Automobiles, the exclusive distributor for NISSAN in the Dubai and the Northern Emirates has been awarded with two prestigious awards from Nissan Motor Corporation. The flagship automotive division of AW Rostamani Group was bestowed with the ‘World Aftersales Progress Club Award’ and “Customer Experience Excellence Award”.

Arabian Automobiles conducted an event at its Deira showroom on November 30, 2015 where Mr. Michel Ayat, CEO, Arabian Automobiles received both accolades from Mr. Samir Cherfan, Managing Director, Nissan Middle East.

The global World Aftersales Progress Club Award recognizes those Nissan’s distributors from across the globe, that have set benchmark standards in aftersales service. Arabian Automobiles has now won this award for an unprecedented, 8th consecutive time, making them the first NISSAN distributor globally to achieve this distinction. As further testimony to its long running pursuit of excellence in aftersales, Arabian Automobiles has received this honor a total of 17 times in the company’s history. Judging criteria include evaluation on aftersales business growth, Nissan Competitive Advantage Map (N-CAM), and customer service excellence parameters. Arabian Automobiles received its acclaim in the ‘Large National Sales Company’ category, globally.

NISSAN also declared Arabian Automobiles as the champion of its Regional Customer Experience Excellence contest, from among its distributors in the entire Middle East for instituting sales and service quality processes for the customers. Criteria for judgement included customer satisfaction index scores, customer reviews, staff professionalism and responsiveness.
