Arab Bank recently received the Best Consumer Internet Bank in Jordan award from Global Finance for its "Arabi Online" Internet banking service for the third consecutive year.

Arab Bank was chosen for this award based on a specific criteria including strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customers, success in getting customers to use web offerings, growth of online customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from Internet initiatives and website design and functionality.

Some of the Arabi Online features allow users to view balances and details of their accounts and credit cards, pay bills, apply for products, transfer funds and order cheque books.
