Almabarrah Alkhalifia Foundation Receives the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany

Members of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al-Khalifa, received His Excellency Mr. Kai Boeckmann, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, in addition to other Foundation staff who joined the Ambassador’s welcoming ceremony.

During this visit, the Ambassador and his spouse Mrs. Samira Rofa were briefed about the programs, objectives and activities of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, as well as the most important initiatives achieved by the Foundation since its establishment, which varied between scholarships, and educational programs, it also promotes a culture of ‘community responsibility” by instilling volunteerism and community service within a supportive environment.

The two parties also discussed means of cooperation, as well as utilizing and activating these means to benefit the students of the Foundation, such as the provision of customized programs through the Embassy, ​​like exchange programs and sending students abroad in educational programs held within the Federal Republic of Germany.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador expressed his gratitude towards the warm welcome of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, the Board members, the staff of the Foundation, and extended thanks to Her Highness Shaikha Zain for her keenness and continuous follow-up on the Foundation's affairs, along with her efforts in initiating fruitful partnerships and collaborations paving the way for the development of this Foundation, and her endeavors towards promoting the welfare of Bahraini society.
