Al-Futtaim Selects ServiceMax from GE Digital to Digitize Operational Efficiency and Increase Business Growth

Al-Futtaim, one of the most progressive regional business houses headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is digitizing its end-to-end service and operational processes using the ServiceMax field service management platform. ServiceMax from GE Digital, is a leader in cloud-based field service management solutions.
The solution will replace Al-Futtaim’s current manual processes within their Facilities Management Division. ServiceMax will provide Al-Futtaim with the ability to track, control and monitor performance, automate data collection and empower its technicians to deliver a completely seamless customer experience, with real-time access and visibility across the business.

The ServiceMax platform will be deployed on mobile devices in the coming months to more than 800 users at Al-Futtaim and is expected to go live in Q1 2018.
