Abu Dhabi International Airport Celebrates Bahraini National Day

Abu Dhabi International Airport is celebrating the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain this weekend with an engaging production comprising of dance, music and a traditional water salute, that welcomed one of the flights arriving from Bahrain.

The Bahrain National Anthem, along with a number of national songs, are being played throughout the terminals at the Capital’s airport, entertaining passengers and guests passing through this weekend. The festive mood was further elated with national flags that adorned the airport, and a grand dance performance that paid tribute to the prestigious nation, its leadership, and the Bahraini people.  

Abdul Majeed Al Khoori, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Airports, said: “Abu Dhabi Airports is proud to celebrate the National day of the Kingdom of Bahrain at Abu Dhabi International Airport. We hope it will demonstrate the unity and fondness between both people. In addition, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain have very close ties when it comes to aviation, and therefore, the Capital’s airport is the ideal venue to reflect such a close relationship”.
