ALBAWABA – Pizza Hut, the American multinational pizza restaurant chain and international franchise, introduced its new delivery boxes that transform into a table. This new design is called the ‘moving box table,’ a dedicated pizza box that can easily turn into a table.
New Pizza Hut boxes and tables
The restaurant is offering this new release to its US customers relocating in Dallas, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Orlando, Florida. The new box will be available with large, regular-priced pizza orders and the cities were selected based on the Penske Truck Rental list, a moving truck rental, which ranks the top moving destinations in the country.
The new innovative delivery box can easily fold into a moving table base, supporting the pizza box. The box is only available through carryout orders as the idea of the campaign focuses on providing convenience for customers moving to new cities.

Melissa Friebe, Chief Marketing Officer of Pizza Hut, said: “Many can relate to the chaos that comes with moving, and the last thing you want to worry about is unpacking to enjoy a hard-earned meal at the end of a long day.”
Pizza Hut trying to boost sales
With this recent campaign, Yum! Brands, the company that operates Pizza Hut, is trying to generate higher sale rates as the stores' sales of the brand dropped by 3% in the second quarter of 2024.
It is worth mentioning that other famous brands are also going through low foot traffic and reduced sales like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Burger King, and Wendy’s.
