The OPEC is doing what it can to achieve stability in the oil markets Venezuela's deputy foreign minister Jorge Valero said Monday.
He said that righ now the market is creating the need for a dialogue between consumers and producers but those discussions should take both consumer and producers needs into account.
OPEC, has the 40 percent of global output of oil, is not the only player on the market, he said, speaking at a press conference.
