ALBAWABA - Only four months after the release of the iPhone 17, Apple's iPhone 18 line-up has been leaked on social media, revealing the display sizes and possible redesigns for the Pro variant. However, details about the upcoming devices remain unconfirmed.
The leak was unveiled by tech content creator 'Digital Chat Station', who claimed that the iPhone 18 line-up will reportedly feature LTPO OLED with 120Hz.
GSM Arena reported that both the iPhone 18 and Pro are expected to ship with a 6.27-inch LTPO display, while the Pro Max will feature a slightly larger 6.86-inch LTPO display. In contrast, the iPhone Air 2 is reportedly expected to feature a 6.55-inch LTPO display.
New iPhone 18 leak reveals redesign for Pro variant: Will Apple ditch Dynamic Island?
Digital Chat Station mentioned in the leak that the 18 Pro and Pro Max might get an all-new "under-display cut-out area" by shifting some Face-ID features under the display. This might offer users a "fuller" display, similar to current-generation Android devices.
However, the leak also mentioned that both the base variant and the Air 2 will feature the good old dynamic old.
A leak back in November claimed that all of the iPhone 18 line-up will be getting an upgrade in the selfie camera department. They will all reportedly feature a 24MP selfie camera, a huge upgrade from the 17th 18MP selfie camera.
An account that goes by "Apple Hub" on X (formerly Twitter) shared a render of what the upcoming devices might look like, showcasing the selfie camera as a dot in the top left corner. The render received mixed reactions from social media users, with many calling it "ugly."
A social media user wrote under the post, "I really hope its a center dot and not a right side hole punch. Would feel weird."
On the contrary, another user wrote in excitement, "no dynamic island?? i’ll buy it."
