A regional telebusiness and customer contact management event, dubbed Middle East Call Center/CRM 2002 (MECC 2002), will be held from January 20 - 22 at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. MECC will offer a free seminar program for exhibition visitors, stated a press release.
The seminar sessions will run concurrently with the MECC 2002 exhibition on the exhibition floor.
