Land deals in Dubai on June 25

The total value of land transactions in Dubai on June 25 peaked at Dhs91.20 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs50 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs41.45 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 12 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of June 25, the most valuable of which was a plot in Muhaisanah Fourth that was sold for Dhs10.2 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Muhaisanah Fourth acquired for the sum of Dhs10.1 million and another in Naif for Dhs6 million.

 

The Al Khawaneej First area was the most active in terms of the yesterday's sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Satwa followed it with 2 sales.

 

During  the period, Muhaisanah Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs20.3 million, followed by the Mirdif area, Dhs8.26 million, and Naif area, Dhs6 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 23721 sq ft in the Muhaisanah Fourth area, which went for Dhs10.2 million. A 20784 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs10.1 million, while 20100 sq ft of Al Khawaneej First was disposed of for Dhs2.57 million.

 

During the period under review 5 mortgages worth Dhs30.45 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs17 million for an area at Al Buteen. There was another for Dhs7 million on an area in Al Dhagaya.
