ALBAWABA - After the peace deal between the United States and Iran, an unconfirmed report emerged on different social media platforms claiming that Tehran is purchasing Boeing aircraft from the U.S.
According to the alleged reports, Iran will purchase more than 100 Boeing planes from Washington if a final agreement is reached between the two countries. U.S. President Donald Trump announced Monday reaching a deal with Iran to end over 100 days of conflict.
Trump announced Monday that a peace deal between Washington and Tehran was reached and it will be officially signed in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday, June 19.
"The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete. Congratulations to all! I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and, simultaneously herewith, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade. Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!" Trump revealed in a post on Truth Social.
Iran to buy over 100 Boeing planes from the U.S.
Allegations emerged on social media that Iran is purchasing more than 100 Boeing aircraft from the U.S. that are worth over 100 billion.
One X user wrote, "Iran will directly purchase $100 billion worth of Boeing aircraft, medical, agriculture, Soybeans or other American goods if a final agreement is reached. Iran's step would pressure the world to acquire dollars and US assets."
Another added, "Iran could purchase more than 100 Boeing aircraft from the United States if a final agreement is reached between the two countries, according to Iranian media."
However, no official source has confirmed or denied the allegations regarding Iran's purchasing og hundreds of Boeing aircraft from Washington.
