Hertz Jordan has reinforced its offering to domestic and visiting car rental users by opening a new head office in Amman and adding the 2004 Nissan Sunny to its fleet.

Shakhshir Rent a Car, the Hertz international franchisee in Jordan, invested $130,000 in renovating its former branch office in King Abdullah Gardens, Amman, to create a 500 square meter new headquarters for management, accounting and administrative personnel.

With the 2004 Nissan Sunny now available, the company will continue its ongoing fleet modernization program by adding 80 new Opel Astras, Vectras and Zafiras, as well as a number of Toyota Corollas and Mitsubishi Lancers, in the first quarter of next year.

In the Middle East, Hertz is represented by franchise operations in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Yemen and by general sales agents in Bahrain. — (menareport.com)
