Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company (GAMCO) has been approved as a supplier to the Boeing Company. The designation allows GAMCO to be bid on a growing number of maintenance, retrofit and other programs that Boeing has in the region.
“Boeing has become increasingly selective when it comes to partnering with suppliers around the world,” said Boeing Integrated Defense System's vice president of International Business Development, Middle East, Africa and the Americas, Mark Kronenberg. “We're interested in program success and companies like GAMCO are helping us enhance our partnerships in the region.”
GAMCO provides integrated aircraft servicing on worldwide scale from line activity to heavy maintenance. It supports a number of airline operators at facilities in Abu Dhabi. In-house capabilities include technical support and design, training and a comprehensive component workshop facility. Aircraft painting is available on site at the heavy maintenance base. — (menareport.com)
