Tamleek Real Estate and Development has signed last week a leasing agreement with Emaar Dubai, upon which Tamleek’s Rabieh Towers will house Emaar /Jordan offices in Jordan.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mu’ayad Al Dabbas, Vice Board Chairman and CEO of Tamleek Real Estate and Mr. Steve McCartt, General Manager of Emaar Jordan, at Tamleek offices in Amman.
Tamleek Real-Estate continues to respond successfully to the demand of the real-estate market in Jordan and abroad, by providing services unprecedented in nature. The Rabieh Towers project which is owned by Tamleek is a landmark in its own right; it is located in the Wadi Saqra area, one of the most vibrant commercial districts of Amman.

The Rabieh Towers, a commercial complex, include a shopping center, offices, an illustrious reception area, elevators, heating and cooling systems, large parking spaces, gardens, and lots more, and are being built on 11,000 squared meters of land.
This project was started at the beginning of 2005. Construction is expected to end by the end of 2006. Tamleek is at the time being studying several applications from firms wishing to rent office space in the Rabieh Towers. It hopes to maintain the pleasant work environment by carefully selecting tenants.
