Egypt's Bisco Misr company recorded a 21 percent net profits increase in the first quarter of 2003/2004 to 4.3 million Egyptian Pounds ($695,781) compared to EP 3.5 million during the same period last year, reported Mist News.
Bisco Misr was established in 1957 as a baked goods manufacturer. The company produces biscuits, chocolates, chewing gum, candy, wafers and cereals. Its products are consumed locally and are exported to Middle East and African countries. — (menareport.com)
