The Egyptian Mukhtar Ibrahim contracting company has filed a law suit against the local government, claiming the latter has not fulfilled payments for services rendered. The company’s claim, reported on August 28th by Al-Borsa Al-Masriya magazine, demands total payments of EP 7.5 million.
The enterprise claims that, as of yet, it has not been paid for pavement projects worth EP 7.2 million it had executed at the Embaba water station, following an agreement with the public water authority. In addition, payments of EP 300,000 have not yet been received for storage facilities it had built for the antiquities authority at the museums of Meit Rahina. –(Albawaba-MEBG)
