Egyptian-Iraqi JV to undertake rebuilding projects

A decision was adopted to establish an Egyptian-Iraqi joint stock company with a capital of $ 10 million to undertake rebuilding operations in Iraq and drawing up feasibility studies for new projects.  

 

The new company whose contract will be signed next September will commence its operations in three projects: infrastructure, irrigation and electricity.  

 

Chief of the executive committee of the Egyptian Investors Associations Mohammed Khamis said the new company will be put for subscription among Egyptian and Iraqi businessmen and the share will be sold at $ 100. (menareport.com)
