ALBAWABA - Delta Insurance Company's net profits increased by approximately 61.5% during the past fiscal year, reaching 380.2 million Egyptian pounds, compared to 235.4 million Egyptian pounds for the previous fiscal year.
The company recorded revenues of 494 million Egyptian pounds in the fiscal year ending in June of the past year, compared to 289.6 million Egyptian pounds in revenues for the previous year.
Net premiums grew to 1 billion Egyptian pounds during the past fiscal year, compared to 816 million Egyptian pounds for the preceding year.
The basic earnings per share also increased to 3.57 Egyptian pounds by the end of the past fiscal year, compared to 2.21 Egyptian pounds for the corresponding year.
