Learn online about business and technical trends in the digital economy

It is axiomatic that knowledge is power – but to the increasingly pressured and overloaded executives today, getting out of the office to learn about new business and technology trends is becoming very difficult, especially when seminars and conferences are being held in countries or cities far away.

To help executives stay abreast of what is driving change in their particular industry, Cisco created the E-learning Online Seminars. The technology used is readily accessible to almost any Internet user: a PC with sound card capable of running either Microsoft’s Windows Media Player, or RealNetworks’ RealPlayer, and the Shockwave Flash plug in (these are all free downloads).

Online seminars are available focusing on topics related to service providers, enterprises and small/medium businesses, as well as topics on how e-learning can benefit companies fields as varied as sales, manufacturing, customer service and Networking Academies

Available Web-casts for service providers include: Cisco Business DSL Access Solutions, Cisco Content Networking, an Introduction to DWDM High Capacity Optical Transport Systems for IP Networks, an Introduction to Fiber Optics (highly technical), Voice Over IP Prepaid Calling.
