The Department of Civil Aviation Dubai recently welcomed the inaugural China Southern Airlines flight CZ 931 from Beijing via Urumqi to Dubai International Airport.
China Southern Airlines will operate one flight weekly on the Dubai – Beijing route. Dubai International Airport now receives 105 airlines connecting to 150 destinations.
China Southern Airlines, which is the largest Airlines in the People’s Republic of China, currently uses a mixed fleet of 180 jet aircraft, including 160 Boeing and 20 Airbus A320 aircraft and operates 556 domestic and international routes to 110 destination, forming an extensive route network with Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou as carrier’s international Hub.
In 2002, China Southern Airlines carried more than 29 million passengers ranking as the largest airlines in the People’s Republic of China for the 23rd consecutive year. — (menareport.com)
